Leverage Promotion Term And Condition
- Eligibility: Any client who has a real trading account at Loyal Primus can participate in the leverage program.
- Equity requirement: Customers may only use the additional leverage if the equity on their account does not exceed $1,000 USD or its equivalent in account currency. Loyal Primus reserves the right to reduce leverage up to 1:50 if the equity on the account exceeds this amount.
- Scalping trading: Scalping trading in less than three minutes is not allowed, and any gain from such trading will be considered null and void.
- Trading behavior: Any trading behavior that breaches our terms of business will result in the disabling of the customer’s trading account. Loyal Primus reserves the right to disable a customer’s trading account if they engage in any prohibited trading behavior.
- Changes to terms: Loyal Primus reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and will notify customers of any such changes. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that they are aware of any changes
