Terms and Conditions for Seasonal Leverage Promotion
- Eligibility: Any client who has a real trading account at Loyal Primus can participate in the leverage program.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on June 24th, 2024, at 00:00 (server time) and ends on June 30th, 2024, at 23:59 (server time). Any deposits made outside of this period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
- Account Type Requirement: Clients must create a Premier Bonus Account Type to participate in the Promotion. Existing clients with other account types may upgrade to the Premier Bonus Account Type during the Promotion period to qualify.
- Minimum Deposit: To be eligible for the Promotion, clients must deposit a minimum of $100 USD into their Premier Bonus Account during the Promotion period. Deposits below this amount will not qualify for the Promotion.
- Limited Leverage: Clients participating in the Promotion will receive increased leverage of up to 1:2000 on their trades. However, it is important to note that increased leverage carries higher risk, and clients should trade responsibly. Loyal Primus reserves the right to reduce leverage up to 1:50.
- Balance Limit: The Promotion is only applicable to accounts with a balance below $1000 USD. Accounts exceeding this balance limit will not be eligible for the increased leverage offered under the Promotion.
- Withdrawal Restrictions: Clients who participate in the Promotion must adhere to all withdrawal policies and procedures of Loyal Primus. Any attempted withdrawals that violate these policies may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Scalping trading in less than three minutes is not allowed, and any gain from such trading will be considered null and void.
- Fair Usage Policy: Loyal Primus reserves the right to monitor and enforce fair usage of the Promotion. Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity detected during the Promotion may result in disqualification and/or account suspension. Any trading behavior that breaches our terms of business will result in the disabling of the customer's trading account. LoyalPrimus reserves the right to disable a customer's trading account if they engage in any prohibited trading behavior.
- Modification or Termination: Loyal Primus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Promotion will be communicated to clients via the official channels of Loyal Primus. Loyal Primus reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and will notify customers of any such changes. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that they are aware of any changes.
- General Terms: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Loyal Primus reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and to make decisions regarding any disputes or discrepancies related to the Promotion.
