Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
1. The contest is open to all registered clients of Loyal Primus.
2. Participants must have a verified and active trading account with Loyal Primus.
Contest rules:
1. The objective is to achieve the highest percentage gain in the trading account during February 1-29, 2024.
2. Trade in all available instruments on the Loyal Primus platform (stocks, forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies).
3. Starting balance is the account balance as of 00:00 GMT on February 1, 2024.
4. Only closed trades count for calculating the percentage gain; open positions at the end don't contribute.
Additional Terms
Contest rules:
Participants must create a dedicated trading account named "Contest Account" to be eligible.
Minimum deposit:
Make a minimum initial deposit of $100 USD into "Contest Account" to qualify.
Margin call adjustment:
1. In case of a margin call, client need to create new account.
2. Any re-deposit or profit after account margin call, it will be not counted as part of the contest.
Prohibition of Scalping Trading:
Scalping trading strategies are strictly prohibited.
Cumulative Deposit Calculation
Additional deposits to support floating positions are allowed, but the percentage gain is based on the cumulative deposit.
Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals from "Contest Account" are not allowed during the contest period.
Prevention of Manipulation
Any attempt to manipulate trading conditions or engage in abusive behavior results in disqualification.
Winner selection
Winners are chosen based on the highest percentage gain.
Champion: $66,666.00 USD
1st runner-up: $22,222.00USD
2nd runner-up: $11,111.00 USD
Disqualification process
1. Loyal Primus reviews trading activity and disqualifies violations.
2. Decision of Loyal Primus is final and binding.
3. Participants are prohibited from using Expert Advisors (EAs) during the contest. The purpose is to showcase individual trading skills, and the use of EAs is strictly forbidden.
Amendments to terms
Loyal Primus may modify terms; participants will be promptly notified.
Participants are encouraged to carefully read and adhere to these comprehensive terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Loyal Primus Trading Contest.
